These terms apply to purchases from the ZAKO Jewelry online store at www.zakojewelry.com (the “Store”).

1. Seller

2. Using the Store
By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and that you accept these terms. You can order as a guest; creating an account is optional.
3. Delivery area
We deliver to Poland, the United Kingdom and the other countries listed on our Delivery page. All orders are dispatched from Poland.
4. Products
We sell jewellery and fashion accessories for personal use. Every product page names the material or plating; many also give the stones, fastening and measurements. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.
5. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. They are shown in PLN (zł) on the Polish version of the Store and in GBP (£) or EUR (€), as you choose, on the English version; you pay the amount shown at checkout, in the currency shown there. Payments are processed by external payment providers (Mollie and its partners); the methods available for your order are shown at checkout. We do not store payment card details.
The sales contract is concluded when we send you the e-mail confirming your order.
We may cancel an order if payment is not completed, or in the case of an obvious pricing error, a technical error or suspected fraud; any payment received is then refunded in full.
6. Order processing and delivery
Every piece is prepared to order and dispatched within up to 10 business days, with tracking. Delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout; delivery times given by carriers are estimates.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 15 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Details are in Returns & refunds.
8. Complaints
If a product is faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery: you can ask for a repair or a replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. We reply to every complaint within 14 days. Your statutory rights apply in full; see also Returns & refunds §6.
9. Reviews and content
You may post reviews and photos of products you bought, provided you hold the rights to them and they do not break the law. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
10. Intellectual property
Texts, images, graphics and logos in the Store are protected by intellectual property law. Content supplied by third parties remains the property of its owners. You may not copy or reuse Store content without permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version in force on the day it was placed; the date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last updated.
