6. Orders and User Accounts
Customers may place orders without creating a user account. Account creation is optional and intended solely to improve user convenience.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
pricing or typographical errors,
technical issues,
suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All shipments are sent in discreet packaging, without any indication of the Store’s contents or branding on the exterior.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected carrier. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 15 days of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by law, including for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns are accepted only if:
the product is unused,
hygiene seals remain intact,
the item is returned in its original condition.
Products that are worn, damaged, or have had hygiene seals removed are not eligible for return.
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

By submitting content, users confirm that:
they hold the necessary rights to the content, and
